Geek Stuff:
Recorded in 1984 with an old Akai
video camera and separate recorder. Audio was transferred to
video recorder in real time during performance. No editing
other than to to assemble in final video tape. Titles added
in 2003. |

In 1984, I hosted a
Halloween party where the only way to gain entry was to have performed
a video lip sync of your favorite song or acted in a faux commercial.
For six months I
recorded videos of my friends and assembled their performances for all
to see at the party... The Foxboro Hop.
CAUTION: Several
of these videos contain acts of questionable behavior. They are
marked with a red asterisk (*).
The greater the number of asterisks, the more questionable the the
content.
In addition, alcohol was
used as an inducement to enhance the performance value of our players.
In other words, the people seen here are fairly well shit-faced!
