Hey Andy and Fran... Your e-version newsletter is GREAT!!!  It made me laugh so hard I almost crapped, the problem this year was that I wasn't reading it in the bathroom.  We really miss you guys.  It sure sounds like things are going well.  Your new house looks nice - once you get over that cookie cutter thing.  We had similar problem at our condo (also cookie cutter) when we would come home drunk--- they all look alike.  By now, I am sure you have already experienced this situation.

Also, as a point of interest for the state of NC-- that is where Cyndi & I were hooked up on our original blind date (a week at Lake Norman).  Now, look where I'm at--- married, a house that requires manual labor (but, I have utilized outsourcing such manual tasks).
