Athens GA - 5/8/98 - Sean David Browne, the son of Fran and Andy Browne, has asked (his high school sweetheart for her hand in marriage.  The young lady of his desires is Jacksonville Florida socialite Jennifer Stacy Burnside.  Jennifer immediately accepted his offer and the deal was set pending acceptance of a joint prenuptial agreement.  Sean was advised by counsel that a legal agreement is highly recommended to protect his future earnings potential. 

The couple met while attending Coral Springs High School in Coral Springs Florida.  Both were members of the school's mediocre marching band, eighteen year old Jennifer captivated this (virginal) 16 year old percussionist with her charms and perfect teeth*.

* Jennifer's father is a dentist which results in her perfect dental hygiene.
